Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer-centric journeys, be obsessed with optimization, and excited to shape a program that is part job placement and part matchmaking magic. Experience in designing and executing personalized, multi-channel campaigns across email, push, SMS, in-app messages, and CRM sequences is essential. The role requires the ability to segment users based on hiring intent and behavior, create journey maps, and define success metrics for each stage of a hiring journey. Strong analytical skills for building dashboards, reporting, running experiments, and A/B testing are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will build a full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategy for the Full & Part-Time Hiring program to drive awareness, engagement, intent, and conversion for both hospitals and clinicians. They will define and optimize lifecycle journeys for both sides of the marketplace, increasing full and part-time placement conversions by delivering the right message at the right time through the right channel. This role involves owning the communication experience across the entire placement funnel, introducing placement as a path, nurturing interest, celebrating match moments, and supporting post-hire transitions for vets and techs, while surfacing high-potential candidates, guiding them through relief-to-hire, and easing hiring logistics for hospitals. The manager will also design and execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns, test and iterate messaging frameworks, balance inspirational storytelling with clear calls to action, define success metrics, build reporting dashboards, and run experiments and A/B tests to improve performance. Additionally, they will partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Growth, and Go-To-Market teams to integrate messaging and user touchpoints across the Roo experience.
