Position Overview

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including provider engagement, client success, and solutions architecture, to gather requirements and deliver solutions addressing key needs across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Build platform capabilities that enhance manufacturer engagement with prescribers and streamline manufacturer onboarding.
  • Utilize data to continuously refine product experiences that improve manufacturer configuration and support, increase provider engagement, and enhance patient access to therapy.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with prescribers, manufacturer partners, and internal operations teams to surface insights that guide product development.
  • Establish and track clear performance metrics aligned with adoption, retention, and manufacturer value delivery.

Requirements

  • A passion for helping patients and a strong "get-it-done" attitude.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software setting.
  • A proven track record of driving operations platforms and managing complex workflows.
  • The ability to articulate business strategy and translate it into actionable product deliverables.
  • Fluency in driving business outcomes using metrics.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to collaborate with engineers on trade-offs.
  • Relevant educational background (preferred).

Benefits
