Requirements

Candidates must possess 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a focus on B2B2C or multi-sided marketplaces. A proven track record of launching multi-channel acquisition campaigns with measurable ROI and CAC improvement, along with full-funnel conversion optimization, is required. Strong analytical skills, experience with experimentation (A/B testing), performance reporting, and marketing attribution are essential. The role also requires experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also necessary. Prior experience with state-level marketing or geo-targeted campaigns, provider/clinician acquisition in healthcare/health tech, and familiarity with marketplace dynamics are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will lead efforts to grow Rula's provider network by driving awareness, acquisition, and activation of mental health providers. This includes owning the provider positioning strategy, building and scaling full-funnel campaigns across digital and offline channels, and testing new marketing channels like paid social, influencer, direct mail, referral, and community marketing. The role involves tailoring strategies to state-specific market dynamics, continuously optimizing performance across the funnel to improve conversion and ROI, and collaborating with Product Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams for coordinated go-to-market execution.
