Requirements

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in B2B2C product marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the mental health or healthcare technology sectors. Experience in competitive intelligence, market research, and developing go-to-market strategies is essential. Proficiency with intelligence automation tools such as Gong, ChatGPT, and Zapier is required. A strong understanding of buyer psychology and decision criteria is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Marketing Manager will own the competitive intelligence and market research program, uncovering buyer needs and market trends. They will develop industry-specific insights to inform strategic narratives and messaging, and conduct win/loss interviews and customer research. This role involves delivering insight-backed recommendations to GTM, Product, and Executive leaders, and partnering with Sales and CS to build effective customer journey messaging. Collaboration with Enablement and Marketing teams to scale insights through various channels, creation of customer stories and proof points, and production of quarterly market insights reports are key responsibilities. The role also includes maintaining a library of battlecards and talk tracks, and automating intelligence workflows.
