Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience designing and running lifecycle marketing programs in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment. A deep understanding of user segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization tactics is required, along with hands-on experience with marketing automation and in-product messaging platforms like Iterable, Pendo, or Appcues. Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, curious mindset are essential, with experience building expansion or upgrade programs and scaling in-app messaging being a plus.

Responsibilities

The Expert Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will build and scale in-app messaging campaigns to guide users through their journey, identify growth opportunities for activation, adoption, expansion, and retention, and own workflows and segmentation across channels. They will run experiments to optimize engagement and product usage, measure and report on channel performance with data-driven recommendations, and orchestrate a consistent lifecycle experience across in-app, email, and other owned touchpoints. This role involves partnering cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Brand, Content, and Design teams to deliver contextual, on-brand campaigns.
