As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own and optimize the full customer lifecycle by proposing and developing a comprehensive multi-channel strategy to drive further engagement with engaged accounts and deliver marketing qualified accounts to sales. You will evaluate white space in the customer base and develop targeted upsell campaigns to drive value within customers, partnering with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized, timely communication and maximize customer value.
