Experience with A/B testing, performance analysis, and data-driven strategy is essential, along with strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with product, design, data, and engineering teams.
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategies to improve customer activation, engagement, and retention. This includes partnering with product, data, and creative teams to align lifecycle marketing with business goals, owning the end-to-end execution of campaigns, and leveraging data for personalized and automated user journeys. Responsibilities also include continuous testing and optimization of messaging, timing, and targeting, as well as defining and reporting on key performance metrics.
