They should have hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns using ESPs, along with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
The Senior Marketing Associate, Lifecycle & Loyalty will design and evolve Backcountry’s cross-channel lifecycle strategy, focusing on growing LTV, repeat purchase rate, frequency, and long-term customer satisfaction. They will own end-to-end lifecycle campaign execution, including segmentation, journey logic, dynamic content personalization, QA, deployment, and analysis. This role also involves leading the implementation and optimization of the loyalty program, serving as the go-to expert on CRM capabilities, monitoring platform and campaign health, and owning incident response plans, while continuously staying ahead of trends in CRM tech and operational best practices.
