As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact growth opportunities across various marketing channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, social media, partnerships, and events. You will develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. You will manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will create and maintain a content calendar, develop content such as blogs and social media posts, support trade show planning, and mentor junior marketing team members.
