Responsibilities

The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the hands-on execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS for consumer-facing applications. This includes managing a comprehensive editorial calendar to ensure timely campaign delivery, setting up and analyzing A/B tests to recommend optimizations, and collaborating with creative teams to produce accurate, on-brand, and visually engaging campaigns. The role also involves developing automated lifecycle campaigns, triggered messaging, and personalized customer journeys through segmentation, while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
