A strong understanding of Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) like Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua, Inflection, or Marketo, along with Salesforce CRM knowledge, is essential. Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are also required. Familiarity with AI tools is necessary, and bonus points for experience with HTML/CSS, ABM tools, reporting platforms, or MarTech certifications.
The Campaign Operations Manager will translate campaign strategies into technical plans and workflows using MarTech tools. They will build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including email and landing pages, ensuring accurate targeting, personalization, and trackability. This role involves managing the daily operations of the Marketing Automation Platform and connected systems, ensuring data integrity and performance. Responsibilities also include collaborating with marketing and sales teams to define lead scoring, routing rules, and lifecycle stages, and setting up campaigns for clear reporting and performance tracking.
