Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a corporate learning role, including delivering face-to-face and virtual training sessions. A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is required, along with strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles. Proficiency with e-learning standards like SCORM and xAPI, experience with web-based learning, virtual learning platforms, and mobile learning solutions are necessary. Familiarity with learning development tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate is expected, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to design and deliver training programs that achieve measurable outcomes. Preferred qualifications include Docebo Pro Certified Admin.
The Learning Experience Designer will lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives to support Docebo's growth and enhance employee and customer knowledge of products. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include designing and developing high-quality learning materials such as digital courses, blended learning programs, job aids, digital resources, and face-to-face workshops. The designer will monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, integrate emerging learning technologies, and curate source materials by working closely with SMEs. Additionally, they will create or edit learning content following organizational guidelines and provide in-person training sessions and support virtual learning experiences.
