The Learning Designer will create effective, engaging, and scalable learning experiences for Angi's Sales and Care teams. This includes designing blended learning solutions such as eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, articles, and communication materials. They will translate complex topics into digestible content, utilize learning tools, evaluate learner impact, and iterate on content based on feedback and performance data. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
