Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in designing and delivering internal training programs within corporate L&D, instructional design, or a related field. They must possess a strong ability to simplify complex processes into easy-to-follow learning content, experience creating content in multiple formats (slide decks, job aids, videos, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, etc.), and excellent collaboration and interviewing skills. Familiarity with learning management systems or knowledge management platforms is also required.
The Instructional Designer will build scalable learning content by translating subject matter expertise into engaging training modules, guides, and job aids. They will support onboarding and upskilling by creating structured training programs for new and experienced employees. This role involves capturing institutional knowledge through partnerships with subject matter experts to document key processes and best practices. The designer will also create blended learning experiences, establish templates and frameworks for repeatable training design, and measure and improve the impact of learning content through feedback collection and refinement.
