Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or talent development
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and eLearning tools
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for helping others grow and succeed

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging, learner-centered content for a variety of formats (eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning, job aids, etc.)
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into accessible and impactful learning materials
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions as needed
  • Monitor participation, engagement, and completion rates to ensure learning effectiveness
  • Partner with business leaders and HR to identify current and future learning needs across departments
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and recommend targeted learning interventions
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to proactively address emerging talent development needs
  • Evaluate learning program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Use data to refine content and delivery methods for continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to learning activities and outcomes
  • Manage user accounts, security settings, system configurations, and oversee day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System
  • Configure courses, upload content, and manage assignments and learning paths within the system
