Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
3+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or talent development
Proficiency with LMS platforms and eLearning tools
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for helping others grow and succeed

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging, learner-centered content for a variety of formats (eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning, job aids, etc.)
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into accessible and impactful learning materials
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions as needed
Monitor participation, engagement, and completion rates to ensure learning effectiveness
Partner with business leaders and HR to identify current and future learning needs across departments
Conduct skills gap analyses and recommend targeted learning interventions
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to proactively address emerging talent development needs
Evaluate learning program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
Use data to refine content and delivery methods for continuous improvement
Maintain accurate records and reports related to learning activities and outcomes
Manage user accounts, security settings, system configurations, and oversee day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System
Configure courses, upload content, and manage assignments and learning paths within the system
