Requirements

Responsibilities

They will apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to create engaging content, translate complex topics into digestible learning experiences, and utilize learning tools to deploy training materials. Responsibilities also include evaluating learner engagement and performance impact, iterating on content based on feedback and data, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
