This role involves designing and implementing scalable processes for sales, marketing, and customer success teams to accelerate revenue growth and customer satisfaction, identifying inefficiencies or bottlenecks across the revenue cycle and proposing improvements leveraging AI-driven analytics, evaluating and championing the use of new and existing tools to enhance the customer journey, and collaborating across sales, marketing, customer success, product, and finance to ensure alignment on metrics, workflows, and AI-driven tools that fuel sustainable revenue growth.
