Candidates should possess proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Cold Caller, or in a similar sales role, along with excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner. They should also demonstrate strong persuasion and negotiation skills, the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude, proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, and strong organizational and time management skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
The Lead Generation/Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote the company’s products/services, generating leads and gathering information on potential clients' needs and interests, qualifying leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients, scheduling appointments for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads, maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and calls, following a prepared script to ensure consistency and accuracy in information delivery, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets, handling objections and rejection in a professional and positive manner, providing feedback and suggestions to improve call scripts and lead generation strategies, staying updated with product knowledge and industry trends, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
