  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation/Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Cold Caller, or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products/services.
  • Generate leads and gather information on potential clients' needs and interests.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and calls.
  • Follow a prepared script to ensure consistency and accuracy in information delivery.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Handle objections and rejection in a professional and positive manner.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve call scripts and lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to better engage prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
