Requirements

Candidates must possess a GED or High School Diploma, be willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed, and work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures. They must also be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time, and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

The Sleep Coach will conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders, actively promoting and selling CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention. They will contact assigned patients quarterly to achieve a 50% reorder rate, promote the sale of replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters, verify and update patient records, maintain professionalism in patient interactions, and efficiently navigate the platform to process orders. Additionally, they will perform other job duties as assigned and assess patient usage and satisfaction with their equipment.
