Requirements

  • Significant experience in Media Sales, ideally with a focus on TV, Digital, or CTV
  • Sales-driven mindset, market-appropriate communication, and actions focused on revenue generation
  • Knowledge of the German advertising market, with a robust network in agencies and/or direct customers, and understanding media as a business
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to understand customer needs, translate them into solutions, and turn contacts into long-term revenue sources
  • Desire to actively shape marketing strategically, creatively, and in partnership
  • Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a portfolio of top agencies and direct customers in the German advertising market
  • Market tailored, cross-media advertising solutions combining Disney+ (SAVOD), TV, Digital Video, and Social Media into effective campaigns
  • Develop strategic customer relationships, identify revenue potentials, actively design offers, and set new standards in premium marketing
  • Position Disney+ and linear TV brands (Disney Channel, NatGeo, NatGeo Wild) as indispensable platforms in media plans
  • Present at decision-maker level, win pitches, create creative package solutions, and turn advertising into an experience
