Candidates should possess 2 to 8+ years of experience in media, SaaS, or digital advertising sales, with quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market, focusing on closing net new logos. Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels, including phone, LinkedIn, video, and email are required, along with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and successfully managing complex sales processes. Experience with MEDDPICC qualification and a sales methodology such as Force Management, Challenger, or Sandler is preferred, as well as a deep understanding of the digital marketing and adtech ecosystem, B2B go-to-market strategies, and the challenges faced by demand generation teams. Proficiency with tools like Salesforce and Excel is also necessary, and existing strong relationships with brand-direct or agency buying teams are beneficial.
The Account Executive and Senior Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, including identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities, consistently achieving quarterly sales quotas by managing a robust pipeline and leveraging outbound sales strategies, conducting consultative sales calls and presentations, deeply understanding customer needs and positioning solutions effectively, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success and smooth onboarding, and sharing valuable market insights and customer feedback to influence product development.
