Requirements

  • Hunter-Mindset: Outbound, Cold Outreach, Closing, passion for building new business and delivering results
  • Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, ideally in food/gastronomy/event industry
  • Experience in independently building and managing a sales pipeline
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition, as well as nurturing and developing existing customers
  • Ability to identify and leverage revenue potentials with a sales-driven mindset
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in German (C2) and English (at least C1)
  • Structured, independent, and proactive working style; experience with CRM (ideally Salesforce) and project management tools
  • Empathetic, service-oriented, team player, eager to take responsibility
  • Strategic knowledge and use of terms like GMV, MRR, Upsell, Cross-Sell
  • Completed degree or training in a relevant field is a plus, but not required
  • Creativity, courage, and ambition to explore new paths and excite customers

Responsibilities

  • Build your own sales pipeline strategically, creatively, and goal-oriented
  • Identify and acquire new major customers (200+ Daily Lunches), convince them of the product, and win them long-term
  • Manage the entire sales process: from lead generation to compelling pitches and successful closing
  • Intensively support new customers during onboarding and hand them over structured to account management
  • Develop tailored solutions for customers and identify cross- and upsell potentials
  • Actively contribute ideas, further develop sales strategy, and expand market share with focus on strategic growth, GMV, and MRR
