Responsibilities

The Senior Strategic Account Manager will develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client goals and drive Panopto's revenue growth. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders, understanding client strategies and challenges, and positioning Panopto's solutions to meet their objectives. The role involves identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating high-value contracts, and collaborating with internal teams such as Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Additionally, the manager will monitor account performance, report on key metrics, and act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues.
