Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on platform or infrastructure products, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Prior experience with LMS platforms or EdTech is strongly preferred, along with a deep understanding of platform architecture, APIs, microservices, and integrations such as Salesforce, Workday, SCORM/xAPI, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager - LMS will define and drive the platform product strategy and roadmap for the LMS, conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve platform scalability and performance. They will own foundational LMS components, partner with engineering leads on technical architecture, collaborate with design and operations to deliver customer-centric experiences, and serve as the platform evangelist across product and engineering teams, presenting roadmaps and advocating for a user-centered design approach.
