As an Account Director on Degreed’s Customer Success team, you will be instrumental in owning gross and net retention by driving renewal and upsell motions. Your primary focus will be ensuring our clients achieve tangible, quantifiable value from the Degreed solution. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic account management, consulting expertise, and product knowledge to deliver impactful results for large enterprise clients.
As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Degreed’s enterprise customers, you will proactively manage value realization, guiding clients to leverage the full potential of the Degreed platform. By cultivating executive relationships and navigating complex change management within enterprise environments, you will empower customers to achieve their business objectives. Your expertise in HRTech, Learning & Development, and talent management domains will position you as a trusted advisor, enabling clients to align Degreed’s capabilities with their strategic goals.
