  • Knowledge of IT-related Sales Execution, Enablement, Effectiveness, Performance, and Analytics solutions
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor and change agent, partnering with Vice President, Divisional Vice President, and 12+ Business Directors and Country Managers
  • Skills in influencing architecture, portfolio, and program management through partnership with IT Delivery organization and software/service providers
  • Capability to anticipate executive priorities, pain points, and future strategic business capabilities, providing proactive, concise, outcome-focused communication

Responsibilities

  • Align global IT and Business strategies, ensuring the portfolio of programs, projects, and applications supports business growth, engages health care professionals, and enhances patient care
  • Manage the global IT portfolio for the Commercial Excellence domain across all regions (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
  • Drive business-technology strategy and road-mapping, define business cases, and capture/showcase business value
  • Partner with Abbott IT Delivery organization to guide architecture, portfolio, and program management, and influence engagement with software/service providers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, executives, and stakeholders across regions; understand regional challenges and align IT strategies
  • Drive governance, strategic alignment, and demand-shaping in-region for Commercial Excellence, AI, and Advanced Analytics
  • Engage regularly with Global Commercial Director and Divisional VP of ADC IT to understand priorities, provide updates on progress/challenges/solutions, and anticipate concerns
  • Coordinate Commercial Excellence vision and strategy across all ADC regions in partnership with business and IT delivery teams, ensuring platform consistency with localized nuances
  • Influence strategic direction by fostering cross-functional collaboration, breaking down silos, and optimizing cohesive effectiveness for seamless technology-business alignment
