Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts
Collaborate with department heads to consolidate and refine budget inputs
Monitor variances and provide actionable insights on performance versus plan
Analyze business trends, financial results, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and executive presentations
Conduct scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and profitability assessments
Partner with leadership to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost-saving opportunities
Provide financial modeling and decision support for strategic projects
Contribute to long-term business and financial strategy development
Develop dashboards and visualizations for financial and operational performance
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data
Support board reporting and investor communications as needed
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve accuracy
Implement best practices in planning, reporting, and data management
Support system implementations or upgrades related to finance tools
