Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience in building and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for institutional and B2B audiences. Proficiency in managing target account lists using intent data, firmographics, and blockchain analytics is necessary. Experience with multi-channel demand generation, including display, CTV, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and digital out-of-home, is required. The role also demands skills in event-driven demand generation, collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and a metrics-first approach to analyzing campaign performance, funnel velocity, MQLs, CPL, CAC, LTV, and payback. A strong understanding of Kraken's product developments and the institutional crypto landscape is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Institutional & B2B Demand Generation Manager will orchestrate ABM campaigns, dynamically manage target account lists in partnership with Sales, and run integrated global campaigns across various channels to engage prospects internationally. They will scale inbound lead acquisition and run automated outbound programs, ensuring maximum reach and conversion. The role involves designing and executing lead generation campaigns tied to key institutional conferences and industry events, including pre-event activation and post-event follow-up. This position requires close collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Design teams to ensure effective messaging and asset delivery. Furthermore, the manager will leverage data to track funnel velocity, identify growth levers, and continuously optimize programs to demonstrate ROI, while staying informed about market trends and product developments to inform demand generation strategies.
