Zip is seeking a Digital Demand Generation Manager to support its growth. This role involves collaborating with product marketing and sales teams to drive revenue by creating deals through various marketing campaigns targeting the U.S. mid-market segment. The company's go-to-market strategy is a blend of sales-led and product-led approaches. The Digital Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for attracting prospects (primarily targeting small IT & security departments or operational departments in the mid-market) to Zip and nurturing them into customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute campaigns across SEO, digital advertisements, and physical advertisements to drive engagement, website visits, clicks, form fills, and content downloads from U.S. mid-market prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and channel partnership teams to nurture opportunities and maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and set up tools and workflows (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) to measure success.

Requirements

  • High ownership, autonomy, and a willingness to learn.
  • Preferred:
    • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B mid-market segment.
    • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and measuring success across diverse campaign types (SEO, digital ads, physical ads, trade shows).
    • Experience marketing to IT, Cybersecurity, and Operational departments.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
