The Digital Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to attract and nurture prospects in the U.S. mid-market segment, working closely with sales and channel partnership teams to maximize conversion. This includes analyzing campaign performance, setting up tools and workflows (such as Google Analytics and Looker), and driving engagement, website visits, clicks, form fill-outs, and content downloads. The role also involves monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation across North America and developing HR policies to ensure compliance.
