The ABM Lead should possess a strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics, with experience in designing and executing targeted campaigns. This role requires expertise in building and scaling ABM programs, as well as the ability to define and implement ABM tech stacks and KPIs. Furthermore, a solid understanding of sales and marketing alignment is essential, along with the ability to create personalized, multi-channel campaigns aligned with business objectives.
As the ABM Lead, you will design and execute highly targeted ABM strategies aimed at driving engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue for key accounts, partnering with segment marketers to develop and implement targeted campaigns for strategic and enterprise accounts. You will also own and develop the ABM strategy, defining how 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs are structured and executed, while working cross-functionally with paid media, digital events, content marketing, and field marketing to ensure alignment and integration of ABM efforts across channels. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on target accounts, and track and report on ABM performance, measuring engagement, pipeline creation, deal velocity, and revenue impact.
