Responsibilities

  • Promote collaboration between retail clients and suppliers/CPG
  • Create stakeholder maps across clients and assign clear dunnhumby internal counterparts
  • Build and share deep knowledge of clients and their strategies internally at dunnhumby
  • Prioritize tasks and establish effective governance with bidirectional feedback
  • Identify areas of value dunnhumby can support, develop comprehensive workplans aligned with client needs, oversee execution and delivery of high-quality outputs
  • Identify upsell opportunities for additional dunnhumby services and drive sales process to contract closure
  • Promote internal collaboration to maximize client value, ensure consistent approach and integrated workplans to maximize retail partner value
  • Lead and manage dunnhumby's client lead team, oversee reporting lines, achieve overall plan delivery, manage client executive relationships, secure new revenue and renewals, ensure team fulfillment of roles in insight workplans
  • Support product development by sharing client needs and user context
  • Regularly measure and validate ROI value generated for retail clients, including impact studies
  • Lead contract renewal processes with clients at renewal time
  • Understand and share global trends and best practices with clients
  • Actively participate in networking and marketing events to build new strategic partnerships with retail and CPG stakeholders, enhancing dunnhumby's industry presence
  • Effectively manage risks, provide visible and consistent leadership on dunnhumby's values and code of conduct, take action in potential issue situations, protect team by ensuring necessary skills and training
