Position Overview

Everyday Dose is seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Influencer & Partnerships Manager to build, grow, and elevate our creator partnerships. This role is crucial in driving end-to-end campaign strategy, managing outreach and activations, and transforming influencers into long-term brand collaborators. You will not only book posts but also shape culture and conversation around the Everyday Dose brand.

Responsibilities

Brand Influencer Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Build and execute full-funnel influencer marketing programs aligned with brand goals and cultural moments.
  • Own all campaign planning, including ideation, creative briefing, deliverables, timelines, and performance targets.
  • Identify, vet, and secure creators who deeply align with the Everyday Dose mission and brand aesthetic.
  • Manage creator outreach, pitching, and ongoing relationship building.
  • Negotiate contracts and deliverables in collaboration with legal and operations teams.
  • Coordinate product seeding and gifting logistics to ensure timely delivery and high-quality unboxings.

Content & Performance Oversight

  • Review and approve influencer content to ensure brand alignment and messaging consistency.
  • Monitor creator deadlines and ensure timely publication of deliverables.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI, audience sentiment) and optimize future campaigns.

Community Building

  • Grow and manage a robust creator ecosystem, including nano-influencers, superfans, macro partners, and industry experts.
  • Cultivate authentic, long-term partnerships with creators who genuinely love and embody the Everyday Dose brand.
  • Experiment with innovative ways to involve creators in content production, product launches, and brand storytelling.

Brand Collaborations & Event Integration

  • Support influencer strategy for co-branded campaigns with aligned wellness and lifestyle partners.
  • Collaborate with the events team to integrate influencer activations into in-person brand experiences.
  • Contribute to bringing brand moments to life through social giveaways, collaborative launches, and special product inclusions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, social, paid media, community, and communications teams to ensure influencer efforts support broader brand objectives.
  • Participate in 360º campaign planning and brainstorming sessions, ensuring creator perspectives are included from the outset.
  • Stay informed about platform trends, cultural shifts, and emerging voices to inform future partnerships and content formats.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in brand influencer marketing, communications strategy, and partnerships, preferably within the CPG sector.
  • A blend of creative thinking and operational execution, equally comfortable pitching new collaborations and managing backend processes.
  • A passion for identifying and nurturing authentic creator voices.
