Responsibilities

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence client strategy and drive measurable outcomes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across dunnhumby, retailer, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, supporting commercial growth through insight-driven engagement
  • Contribute to thought leadership and best practice development through case studies, content creation, and active participation in the Shopper Insights community
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions to ensure clients are confident and effective in using dunnhumby’s tools and solutions
