Requirements

Candidates should have 2-3 years of retail sales analytics or category insights experience specifically with Walmart, and possess deep expertise in Scintilla Charter. Proficiency in IRI/Circana and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required, with additional experience with Sam's Club being preferred. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across all levels are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Sales Insights Manager will own data integrity and lead Walmart analytics, including weekly reporting and ad hoc analysis, to uncover opportunities, risks, and trends. They will track KPIs, evaluate promotions and pricing, and serve as the Scintilla Charter expert to provide insights on category trends. Responsibilities also include building dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Category Management, and Sales, supporting the development of customer-facing materials, and leading Walmart new item setup and ongoing item maintenance.
