Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, execution, and evolution of risk strategies across core product initiatives (fraud, credit, and collections)
  • Develop and communicate risk product roadmaps
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Growth teams to integrate risk thinking
  • Analyze product performance, cardholder and applicant behavior, and emerging risk exposures using advanced data techniques
  • Build and iterate on observability frameworks and dashboards to monitor product health
  • Challenge status quo processes and contribute creative, analytically sound solutions to unlock product growth while maintaining robust risk controls
