Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in Retail/CPG/Manufacturing industry
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated strength in maintaining positive client relationships
  • Demonstrated mastery in data analysis and "story-telling" abilities
  • Highly proficient in software solutions and digital technologies (SQL, Google Suite, Microsoft applications)
  • Strong analytical, logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Skilled communicator, including group presentations and proposal writing
  • Ability to sell NIQ solutions to meet strategic client goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal & external teams

Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with NIQ Retail Analytics database content, processes, and frontend applications, and ensure data quality
  • Train retailers on how to use NIQ data and dashboard solutions for pricing, promotion, and assortment decisions
  • Lead clients through understanding, integrating, and executing decisions supported by NIQ's merchandising insights and analytics
  • Penetrate and establish enduring client relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Ensure proactive insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to clients
  • Grow and develop with a team responsible for delivering against client commitments
  • Accountable for driving account renewals and overall portfolio value to meet revenue goals
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate across NIQ teams and uncover sales opportunities with clients
