Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, providing credibility and insight throughout the sales process
  • Leverage operational experience to build rapport with executives, corporate leaders, and onsite teams
  • Deliver presentations, panels, and workshops demonstrating deep industry understanding and thought leadership
  • Partner with Account Executives to tailor solutions and ROI narratives to client needs
  • Create and contribute to thought-leadership content, including change management guides, trend reports, and best-practice playbooks
  • Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and client events as a confident, engaging speaker
  • Analyze AI performance data to identify optimization opportunities and support ROI storytelling
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure clients maximize automation, efficiency, and adoption
  • Help develop scalable playbooks, frameworks, and training materials to enhance customer outcomes
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for the Product Management team, identifying pain points, feature opportunities, and unmet needs
  • Review and test in-development features, providing actionable feedback from an operator’s perspective
  • Monitor industry trends to anticipate customer needs and inform roadmap prioritization
