Requirements

Candidates should have MM/Enterprise Segment exposure and proven ability to manage a large customer set. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for selling SAAS solutions, is required. Proven track record leading a matrixed organization to sell SAAS solutions and the ability to expand influence on multiple stakeholders in the customer environment are essential.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative will develop and manage relationships with large customers, building connections with managers and decision-makers to expand business relationships into the C-Suite. They will drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, focusing on Net ARR from allocated customers for Digital Media solutions. Responsibilities include understanding customer business needs, offering solutions, managing the opportunity pipeline, executing on key products like Acrobat and Sign, researching customer contracts, devising outreach strategies, performing outbound prospecting, conducting account reviews, proposing tailored solutions, leading negotiations, serving as a trusted advisor, addressing client issues, staying informed about industry trends, and collaborating with Solution Specialists.
