  • Familiarity with data integration principles and API concepts
  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain core marketing technology platforms (RainFocus, Vidyard, Bright Talk, Integrate, Zoom Webinars, Zuddl, and other essential tools)
  • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the martech stack
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and resources for marketers on the effective use of marketing technology platforms
  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices and optimizing workflows to maximize the value of martech investments
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the marketing technology landscape, particularly in the realm of AI
  • Proactively identify and recommend new martech solutions and features
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective integration of marketing technologies
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of martech processes, policies, and governance
