They should also exhibit proactive identification and resolution of issues, process improvement skills, and a commitment to customer experience. Technical adaptability and collaboration are essential qualifications.
The Inside Sales Representative will qualify and close inbound demo leads, run discovery and matching sessions with prospects, follow up and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, manage pipeline and CRM accuracy, achieve sales quotas, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. They will also proactively develop outbound strategies, collect and synthesize sales conversation insights to inform product and operations, and collaborate with the team to drive sales and improve processes.
