The Account Executive will act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, focusing on ongoing customer success, retention, and growth. This role involves selling products and services to existing customers via telephone and the internet, maintaining relationships with accounts within an assigned territory, and responding to client inquiries with guidance on appropriate products and services. Responsibilities include executing sales strategy, pulling reports, providing insights to customers, identifying and closing upsell opportunities, and demonstrating expertise in retention and sales techniques and company product/service offerings.
