Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for supervising the inside sales group, planning and coordinating sales functions, and ensuring customer support through frequent communication with customers and account managers. This role involves motivating employees for productivity, gathering customer feedback for satisfaction, providing job training, identifying and resolving problems, evaluating individual and program performance, coaching employees, conducting annual performance reviews, informing customers of program updates, driving new product sales, and preparing reports and correspondence.
