Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least five years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a technology or operations environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to gather and document business requirements effectively. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with management and stakeholders to define business, financial, and operations requirements, and identify systems goals. They will lead design sessions for prototyping new systems, review and analyze existing systems, and develop strategies for improvement. The role involves conducting research on software products, supporting the acquisition and deployment of new applications, and providing primary support for UKG AutoTime, including creating adhoc queries, troubleshooting Help Desk issues, and documenting business processes. Furthermore, the analyst will coordinate system integration testing, escalate system problems, and ensure the effective configuration of UKG AutoTime to meet business needs.
