Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Arrange sales calls and virtual meetings, clearly communicating schedules and objectives
  • Attend meetings, actively capturing notes, key discussion points, and action items
  • Prepare accurate sales documents, including proposals, quotes, and change orders
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, operations) to facilitate timely processing of sales paperwork
  • Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring all information is current and actionable
  • Provide regular follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales funnel
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead conversion rates, meeting outcomes, and sales pipeline status
  • Identify trends and propose solutions to improve sales team efficiency and effectiveness
