Responsibilities

Build relationships with assigned distribution partners, supporting both inside and outside sales representatives
Own the territory and drive sales growth in served market
Drive the DEWALT brand through product knowledge sessions, local distribution events, and corporate initiatives
Develop, plan and execute effective sales and conversion plans
Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the ROI for the territory
New business development within assigned region
Budget management, communication, follow-up, call-reports
Execute the complete Stanley Black & Decker value strategy in partnership with key distribution partners
Form strategic partnerships with the distributor’s sales professionals and field management to deliver jobsite solutions to End Users focused on power tools and hand tools
Conduct sales calls to distribution partner locations, joint end user sales calls, merchandising at branches to support sell through, and drive new product awareness
Implement, communicate and execute strategies provided by the Senior Territory Managers
