The Implementation Manager will lead post-sale customer onboarding, acting as the primary project leader for strategic clients. This involves guiding clients through system configuration, workflow customization, and training, while managing customer expectations and driving project success. Responsibilities include leading all aspects of the implementation project from discovery to go-live, consulting with customer stakeholders to understand business processes, configuring core system settings and integrations, developing and delivering customized training programs, conducting quality assurance testing, identifying project risks and collaborating on solutions, and maintaining project documentation for a smooth client transition.
