Candidates should have at least 3 years of work experience in consulting or a fast-growing SaaS company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a strong interest in working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales. A passion for training customers and internal teams, a tireless work ethic, high customer empathy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are also necessary.
The Launch Manager will manage the Miter implementation calendar and provide updates on the status of all in-flight projects to the broader Miter team. They will work with customers to migrate their employee and historical payroll data from their current system into Miter and provide training and product guidance throughout the implementation process. Additionally, they will learn Miter products inside and out and collaborate directly with the Engineering team to prioritize new features based on customer needs.
