Responsibilities

This role involves owning multiple onboarding projects, leading configuration calls, serving as a product expert, and performing training and workshop sessions. Responsibilities also include providing basic data mapping and import services, understanding customer business operations through change management coaching, and coordinating with internal teams for a smooth client onboarding experience. The manager will also adjust project timelines, monitor resource management, and ensure effective project management throughout the implementation process.
