Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience managing enterprise SaaS or CRM/Industry solutions, with a proven history of leading multi-workstream technical implementations for large enterprises. A strong understanding of CRM and industry workflows such as lead-to-cash, customer service management, CPQ/CLM, and field service is essential. Experience delivering projects on major CRM/workflow platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Pega, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CX, or SAP CX is required, along with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience with C-level executives, are necessary. Experience managing third-party/partner resources in delivery engagements is also required.
The Technical Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM projects on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with customer goals and technical requirements. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication strategies. The TPM will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, and manage project budgets and resource allocation. They will facilitate discussions to translate requirements into actionable workstreams and ensure adherence to ServiceNow delivery methodologies, while also driving AI-first delivery by prioritizing agentic AI use cases. The role involves capturing lessons learned to contribute to continuous improvement of delivery playbooks.
