Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, with 5-7 years of experience in customer experience, specifically in software implementation, customer success, or account management within the biotech, life sciences, or technical domain. Prior startup experience is preferred, and a strong understanding of bioprocessing science, including upstream and downstream processes, is required to effectively support customer needs. Experience with AI tooling or LLMs is desirable.

Responsibilities

As an Implementation Manager at Invert, you will lead customer implementations by driving technical discovery, integration setup, onboarding, and training, working closely with customers to ensure they fully adopt Invert and maximize the value of the platform. You will also provide hands-on customer support, troubleshoot issues, deliver training, capture customer feedback to improve the product, act as the voice of the customer to product and engineering, and foster customer champions. Furthermore, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to long-term customer engagement and success.
